We're just weeks away from the DWHSA annual conference! In this form, we're asking a few questions about the dine-around planned for Thursday evening, May 4. Also, we're asking questions about other conference activities such as the May 1 city tour, the May 2 workshops, and the May 3 seminars with Jeff and Stephanie Padovani - if you have already answered these questions, you may skip them! DINE-AROUND EVENING - THURSDAY, MAY 4: The Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority (LVCVA) will organize dinner for agents at the conference on the final day (after the trade show ends). Numerous restaurants around the city have offered to host small groups of agents (from four to a dozen or more), so that you'll have the chance to experience an enjoyable night out in Las Vegas! You'll be paired randomly with other conference agents so that you can network with romance travel specialists you may not know yet (though we will try to keep couples and traveling companions paired together). Your dinner will be provided complimentary (some restaurants may also offer drinks with dinner or dessert), though gratuities will not be included. You'll also be responsible for your own transportation to the restaurant.

PRE-CONFERENCE FAM - MONDAY, MAY 1: The Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority (LVCVA) will offer a full-day fam on Monday, May 1, showing you the romance travel options for your clients in Las Vegas! Stops will include off-Strip reception venues, wedding departments in Strip hotels, wedding chapels, and more! Lunch will be included. FULL-DAY WORKSHOPS - TUESDAY, MAY 2: On Tuesday, May 2, you'll have your choice of two different DWHSA-operated workshops (included in your conference registration) or the Gay Wedding Institute certification workshop (an extra fee paid to that institute). PADOVANIS' SEMINARS - WEDNESDAY, MAY 3: Most seminars and roundtables on Wednesday, May 3, will be completely open to you! Due to space limits, though, seating for the afternoon seminars with Jeff and Stephanie Padovani (Book More Brides) will be limited, so please answer this question below if you'd like to reserve your spot! (No worries if you're unable to get a seat - we'll record the audio portion of these seminars and send you links after the conference along with the Padovanis' handouts!)
