You'll be taken then to a confirmation page showing that we've received your registration. Once we've processed your registration, we will email you an invoice that you may pay online (using your credit or debit card) or that you may print and return with a check or money order. You must pay the registration invoice by FRIDAY, JAN. 31, 2020, or the registration will be canceled. - Exhibitor registration - USD$1,995 for a full conference registration for one (1) company representative for the three conference days, including agent appointments and small-group presentations, links on the conference's mobile app for your brochures and web sites, lists of the participating agents before and after the conference, one webinar speaking slot following the conference, one DWHSA newsletter ad message following the conference, and one DWHSA Facebook group post following the conference (meals and lodging not included)
- All-inclusive lodging - We have special exhibitor rates (USD$235/night, including taxes) for all-inclusive lodging at the Hilton La Romana. Please check this box, and we will follow up with about the specific dates you'll need for your stay.
- Additional representatives - We encourage you to bring additional reps with you - they will pay only for their lodging (no additional registration fee!). Please check this option and we will follow up with you about additional staff you may bring with you.
FAREWELL PRIZE DRAWING: DWHSA will conduct a farewell prize drawing at the end of the day Thursday, April 30, 2020. We encourage all exhibitors to consider donating a prize! You'll be recognized during the drawing, and we'll take a photo of you with the lucky winning agent(s) to feature in our Facebook group and the newsletter issue following the conference!
