Running your romance travel business as a host agency can be extremely challenging! Every day, you’re juggling your own travel clients and bookings with the frustrations of recruiting new independent contractors ICs), onboarding and training them, and managing them and keeping them motivated during a pandemic.
To help you retool your host agency operations and build a stronger outside sales force, DWHSA is launching its brand-new Host Agency Owners Workshop (Monday, April 19 – 2 pm to 5.15 pm EDT)!
Conducted via Zoom, you’ll be linked with other DWHSA host agency owners in this full-afternoon session to discuss the class topics and trade ideas on the best practices in working with ICs today. And, you can do it all from your storefront agency or home office – as long as your computer works and you have coffee nearby, you’re ready to go!
Leading this workshop will be DWHSA President Lisa Sheldon! She’s trained thousands of travel advisors in this niche since DWHSA’s founding in 2013. During her 30-year career in the travel industry, Lisa has managed a AAA Travel office and owned her own storefront agency, and today she runs I Do Island Weddings (her home-based travel business with ICs) in Janesville, Wis.
We’ll divide the afternoon into 2 90-minute classes, with a 15-minute break in between so you can catch your breath and handle client messages.
We’ll email you an Adobe PDF copy of the workshop materials on April 19. And, about a week after the workshop ends, we’ll send you the login information to access the workshop site where the session videos will be available for three months afterwards.
Registrations are completely nonrefundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your registration to another host agency owner if you wish.
Once you’ve submitted the form below, you’ll be taken to a page where you can pay the registration fee. We’ll follow up afterwards to confirm you! If you have questions, you may reach us at support@dwhsa.com or 615.730.9977. Thanks!
