DWHSA’s DW Cost Sheets and Budget Planner Worksheets Project :: Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Specialists Association

In 2024, DWHSA will create new tools to help members who work with destination wedding (DW) couples who’re concerned about the costs of their DW ceremonies and who want to add on services beyond the resorts’ basic DW packages.

Those new tools will include (a) “cost sheets” for individual resort properties showing price ranges for specific DW services (e.g., photography, music, decor) and (b) “budget planner” worksheets that are interactive spreadsheets you can use to type in guest counts and select services offered by a property to create more accurate estimates of DW costs for your clients.

To create those tools, we need fresh data from you! Please search your files to find any recent (2023 and 2022) quotes, price lists, cost sheets, or brochures showing pricing from any properties affiliated with Hilton All-Inclusive Resorts. (Later, we’ll ask you for information about other properties.) Here’s an example from Palace Resorts showing what we’re looking for – anything you’ve received that shows actual DW services plus their prices. We will keep anything you send us COMPLETELY confidential! Thanks for your help!
