Our current annual dues rate for full membership in DWHSA is USD$199. But, we offer a “member referral” discount ($20 off) when members invite advisors they know to join us.

This time, Suzanne Haire – a longtime member who was one of the six Summer School instructors – has issued a special challenge: If you apply by Dec. 31, 2025, her agency will personally pay $50 of your dues to thank you for going through Summer School this time!

So, your discounted DWHSA dues rate would drop to just $129 (the $199 “rack rate” minus the $20 member referral discount and Suz’s $50 credit paid for you).

And, because DWHSA’s policy is “freezing” new members’ dues at the rate they paid when they first joined, you’ll be “locked in” at the $129 dues rate for future years when you renew!

By completing this DWHSA membership application, you certify that you are engaged as a professional travel agent who is (a) currently selling destination weddings and honeymoons or (b) planning to sell destination weddings and honeymoons along with other types of travel. Also, you certify that your travel business is in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations and is duly qualified and licensed to do business in each jurisdiction that requires such qualification or licensing. Your membership application is subject to approval by DWHSA management, and your application may be denied with a full dues refund if you cannot demonstrate that you meet DWHSA's membership requirements. DWHSA agent memberships are individual, not business or corporate, memberships. Travel suppliers, destination marketing organizations, and wedding vendors may apply separately for an allied DHWSA membership, but they do not qualify for the primary membership category established for active agents only and may be permanently denied DWHSA membership in any form if they attempt to bypass this rule. Once your application is approved, your DWHSA membership will run for a rolling 12-month period. (For example, if you apply on Feb. 12, and your application is approved Feb. 17, then you will become an official member on Feb. 17, and your membership will continue to run for a full 12 months beginning March 1 and ending Feb. 28/29 the following year.) DWHSA dues are completely nonrefundable, unless your application is denied. DWHSA does not engage in lobbying or political activities, so 100% of your dues may be deductible as a business expense - please check with your tax adviser for complete details.
